Rates

Our pricing policy is simple and transparent. All prices include the shipping costs up to CHF 10.00 and the necessary disks or CD-R. The minimum amount of a bill is CHF 60.00.

On translations we apply generally a rate of CHF 3.70 / line (excl. VAT).

Proofreading is debited by the hour at CHF 120.-- / hour (excl. VAT).

Many factors contribute to the calculation of the price of a project: the area of expertise, the volume, the degree of difficulty of a translation and finally the required deadline. At request, we will calculate your project in a simple and uncomplicated way.

On request you receive your documents on data medium and paper by mail or delivered personally.

Payment: 30 days net

Electronic formats

Our goal is to supply the translations in your preferred format. Therefore, all current text, data sheet and data base formats can be processed. In the field of desktop publishing we process the formats FrameMaker, PageMaker, QuarkXPress and Interleaf.

Do you intend to translate your website? In the field of webpublishing we will translate your texts directly in HTML.

Would you like to translate programs written in C/C++ or Java? In this case too, you will receive your program back ready for use, but now in the desired target language. Do you have still questions concerning software localization? We are at your disposal.

In each case we will try to do our best in order to preserve the layout or structure of the document. Time losses and errors while converting, copying or formatting are avoided as much as possible.

Data security

E-mails that are sent in the normal way pass through several stations on their way from the sender to the addressee, and can be read by third parties. If your documents are of confidential nature and require protection, encrypt them before sending. We use the widespread encryption system PGP (Pretty Good Privacy).
